Easy Vegan Chocolate Biscuits

These biscuits are super quick & easy, perfect for any occasion. Here I've added some Halloween sprinkles to make them extra festive.

Mix together 200g melted vegetable ghee or vegan butter, 100g sugar, 250g plain flour, 40g cocoa powder and half a teaspoon of salt until a rough dough comes together. Roll out in a mix of flour and cocoa. Cut with a cookie cutter into small circles. Place on a baking sheet, prick each once or twice with a fork, then bake at 180c / 355f for about 10 minutes. Cool and top with melted chocolate and any decorations you like.
